Made on a glittered blue base with white stars, this centerpiece is fulled of glittered stars, swirls, a large handmade bow, and florals in red white and blue. It also features several different sizes of glittered top hats! This is spectacular!! It measures 24 inches in height, 17 inches in width, and 12 inches in depth. The base is 4 inches in diameter. Centerpiece can be viewed from all sides as seen in the pictures.
