Made on a 16″ wire wreath with red, white and blue striped deco mesh, this wreath measures approximately 25 inches in diameter. The deco mesh is accented with 3 different wired ribbons in red white and blue. It also includes deco mesh tubing in red, white and blue. The centerpiece is tinseled red white and bluebells accented with a ribbon with glittered stars on it.
